The Australian Visa Applications for Filipino Tourist

Travbest Travel & Tours Co. is an accredited travel agency and tour operator by Department of Tourism and Tourism Promotion Board. We are offering assistance for visa application for Filipino tourists who wish to visit Australia for the price of Php 11,000.00 per head (subject to change)

• Tourist Visa

1. Application Form
2. Passport – Your passport must have at least 6 months validity from the intended date of entry to Australia. - Photocopy ALL pages with content. This means photo page, visas amendments, endorsements, entry/exit stamps. At the back of the passport, emergency contact details should filled up. (A must)
3. Two (2) recent passport-sized photo (white background) full-face front view, and no hat. Photo must glued on the application form. Stapled pictures will not be accepted.
   Scanned photos will also not be accepted.
4. Completely filled up latest Tourist Visa Application FORM 1419, FORM 956 and Sub-Class 600 Tourist Stream Checklist. (Please avoid erasures and print in A4 size bond paper)
5. Employment Certification (must inlude applicant's position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline number and email address). Original Certificate of Leave of Absence. Income Tax Return (ITR) or Form 2316. Company I.D (clear copy) - Photocopy
6. Copy of Business Registrations – for self-employed applicants
7. Copy of Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR Stamp; For Self-employed ITR must include pages with Net income and total revenue.
8. Letter of support / Invitation Letter from host in Australia, including contact details of inviter (if any)
9. PSA Birth Certificate / Marriage Contract (if traveling with spouse/family).

11. Proof of sufficient funds:

• Bank Certificate - Personal bank certificate with account type, current balance, account opening date,Average Daily Balance (ADB).
• Bank Book / Passbook OR Statement of Account - scan copy bank statements, bank account transactions or passbook for the last 3 months
• Credit Card Statement - billing statement (for the last 3 months) with the photocopy of credit card.
• Other Proof of Assets (if applicable)- Land Title Certificate, Car Registration OR/PR, or any property documents.

11. Minor Applicants: DSWD Clearance- Affidavit of Support and Consent.

• Business Visa

3. Accomplished and signed visa forms Application FORM 1419, FORM 956 and Sub-Class 600 Tourist Stream Checklist .

5. Copy of Business Registrations of Employer

7. Copy of Bank Certification with Bank statements- Personal bank certificate with account type, current balance, a Average Daily Balance (ADB). 9. Endorsement Letter / Guarantee Letter from Local Employer.

10. Invitation and Guarantee Letter from host/counterpart in Australia, including contact details of inviter (if any)

11. PSA Birth Certificate / Marriage Contract (if traveling with spouse/family).

12. FOR BUSINESSMEN: DTI or SEC Certificate - General information sheet showing applicant name as one of the incorporates.- Business Permit or Mayor's Permit - Photocopy
- Company ITR - Photocopy Note: Bank Certificate under company's name will not be accepted.

13. Request Letter for Multiple entry visa, including series of travel dates.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• FOR PROFESSIONAL:- PRC I.D (photocopy) (Doctors / Engineer / Teacher / Lawyer / Accountants,.etc)
• FOR HOUSEWIVES: Affidavit of Support (notarized) + from husband + husband's documents - or better file together.
• FOR STUDENT / MINOR:- School Certificate
  - School I.D (clear photocopy)
  - Birth Certificate (NSO/PSA).
  - Marriage Contract (NSO/PSA)
  - Affidavit of Support of parents (notarized) + documents of parents (father).
  - Visa of Traveling Companion
• FOR 70 YRS OLD & ABOVE:- Medical Certificate (from accredited Hospitals or Clinic) - please see Australian Embassy website for the list.
• FOR 75 YRS OLD & ABOVE:- Medical Certificate (from accredited Hospitals or Clinic) + Travel Insurance - please see Australian Embassy website for the list

Notes:

• Processing Time: 3-5 weeks (Please expect that there might be delays in processing of visa due to 2 years close operations of visa processing of several agencies.)
• Additional documents are Embassy’s discretion
• All rates, fees, requirements and processing are subject to change without prior notice and non-refundable.
• Courier fee for sending travel documents to/from our office in Taguig City is at guest account.
• Please comply only with what is applicable to your current status
• Biometric gathering is compulsory
• Visa Fee: Php 7,500.00 per person (as of February 2024)
• Service and handling fee: Php 3,000.00 per person
• Biometric Fee: Php 557.00 per person (payable only at VFS Global)
