We are offering assistance for visa application for Filipino tourists who wish to visit Saudi Arabia for all-inclusive price of Php 15,000.00 per head (subject to change).

Tourist Visa Documents Required:

1. Original Passport (Validity not less than 6 months | At least 2 consecutive blank pages. The passport should not have any restrictions/conditions that prevents him/her from travelling).
2. 2pcs recent photographs (4cm x 6cm) | Not Older than 3 months in white background with frontal view.
3. Pre-approval/Invitation Letter issued by Saudi Ministry of foreign affairs. (Not older than 90 days) a. Name should match with passport details b. The destination/coming place must be Manila.
4. Proof of Relationship attested by the ministry foreign affairs of the host country (example: marriage certificate, birth certificate and family book) a. Both Original Copy and Photocopy of Proof of kinship or relationship should be Authenticated by Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA Apostille). b. Proof of Relationship or Kinship for Foreign Nationals should be Authenticated by MOFA(KSA) c. All birth certificates issues in Saudi must be authenticated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
5. Copy of the Sponsor's Saudi ID / Iqama
6. Copy of a valid civil ID / Resident permit in the host country - For foreign National a. Applicant must present an ACR (Alien Certificate Registration) valid for more than 2 year upon submission. b. The applicant must clarify the status of stay in Philippines (ex: Working, married to a Filipina/Filipino or Permanent residency under process) c. Applicants need to provide a letter of explanation, and additional documents support the explanation letter. (residence status)
7. For Filipino nationals having dual citizenship and the foreign passport will be used for the application. Applicants need to attach his/her Philippine Passport.
8. If there is any name discrepancy between proof of kinship vs IQAMA vs Passport or any details in application. The applicants must provide a notarized affidavit of same person, and it must Authenticated by Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA Apostille). And also, check Sponsor's Religion in IQAMA vs proof of Kinship. If it is not having same religion, the applicant's must provide a Proof of conversion to Islam and a notarized letter of clarification/ explanation about the religion.
9. If Parents are married, get the (biological) parent marriage certificate, and must be DFA Apostilled.
10. If Parents are not married, and if the minor applicant is travelling alone or with one of the parents or with other person a Consent letter must be provided ot travel and a letter of explanation about the parent's status.
11. Both parents in Abroad- If accompanied by other person or relatives ask both parents to provide a consent letter to travel, along with the copy of their passport, Iqama, visa and SPA should be given to the accompanied person of the applicant (Special Power of Attorney).
12. Permit to travel from Departure of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

For applicants who can't submit complete requirements, and insist to proceed with the application, shall accept the risk of visa denial.
