The Austrian Visa Application for Filipino Tourist

Travbest Travel & Tours Co. is an accredited travel agency and tour operator by Department of Tourism and Tourism Promotion Board. We are offering assistance for visa application for Filipino tourists who wish to visit Austria for all-inclusive price of Php 12,000.00 per head (subject to change).

Austria Visa for Filipinos

• Passport- Valid at least 3 months beyond the expiration date of the requested visa (exit of Schengen), at least 2 blank pages.
• Photocopy of passports- First data page; minors need to submit a copy of their legal guardian’s passport as well.
  Non-Filipino applicants need to submit copies of their valid residence status in the Philippines: re-entry permit and Alien Certificate Registration (ACR), valid at least 3 months
  beyond the date of departure from the Schengen territory.
• Schengen Visa Form
• Photos-35 mm x 45 mm (width x height) black & white photos are not admissible. White background
• Adults: eye distance:10 mm from pupil to pupil eye position: above horizontal center line.
• Infants: due to cranial anatomy typical for infants, and in order to display the whole head within the dimensions of the passport picture;
  - interpupillary distance may be smaller.
  - eye position may be on or below the horizontal center line.
• If eye glasses (lenses and/or frames) are causing glare/reflections, or if they obstruct the eyes, spectacles must be taken off.
• Previous Schengen visa would be of good help if available
• Copy of the round trip airline reservation, issued on the name of the traveler with complete itinerary.
• Detailed day to day itinerary of planned activities
• Certificate of employment with monthly salary and leave of absence approved by employer (if
  employed).
• Copy of PRC license (if there’s any).
• Copy of travel authority for government employees.
• If self-employed (copy of business registration, SEC registration, latest income tax return, business financial statements).
• If retired: Pension statement of the latest 6 months.
• Copy of recent Income Tax Return.
• Bank certificate under applicant’s name attached with copy of statements for 6 months.
• Copy of credit card statements, land titles and other economic means.

Travel health insurance: valid for the Schengen area, covering any expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgency medical attention, emergency hospital treatment or death during the stay. The minimum coverage for medical treatment EUR 30.000.

• For foreign nationals, copy of Alien Certificate of registration(ACR) and re-entry permit
• PSA Documents- PSA Birth Certificate, PSA Marriage Contract (if married and traveling with spouse ond/or children).
• Confirmation of hotel booking, hotel voucher or letter ofpromise of accommodation by the host (invitation letter); printed on max. 2 pages.

Additional documents for minors:

• -proof of parents or legal guardians economic means.
• -If traveling alone or with only one parent: written consent of the non-traveling parent/legal guardian or proof of sole custody of the traveling parent or legal guardian. If the name of the father does not appear in the PSA issued birth certificate, no consent is required. Copy of bio data page of parent(s) or legal guardian’s passport.
• Birth certificate certified by the Philippine StatisticsAuthority (PSA)
• Copy of bio data page of parent(s) or legal guardian's passport.
• School certificate if travelling during the while classes are ongoing.
• If traveling alone: Department of Social Welfare and Development (DWD) clearance.

Plus additional documents each travel purpose as follows:

TOURISM:

• Itinerary detailed: day-to-day itinerary of the planned trip, indicating arrival and departure in other Schengen countries.

FAMILY/FRIENDS VISIT:

• Proof of Sponsorship: ID-number of Digital Sponsorship Declaration (EVE, elektronische
  Verpflichtungserklärung). Necessary if the applicants financial means are not sufficient
  or the Embassy assesses the necessity.
• Proof of Relationship: Such as birth certificate, marriage certificate, photocopy of the passports biodata page of the sponsor/host, any other proof of knowing each other personally.

BUSINESS, CULTURAL, SPORTS EVENT, STUDY or OFFICIAL VISIT:

• Certificate from the employer: Letter of the Philippine company introducing the businessperson, purpose of duration of the visit(s), financial cover of the visit, short company profile, etc.
• Invitation from the inviting company or organization:
  Letter should contain the following information:
  a. relevant personal data of the invited person,
  b. the invited person’s function,
  c. Length of the visit,
  d. Purpose of the visit and activity to be undertaken during the stay
  e. Who is to cover the cost of the stay,
  f. Name and position of the counter signing person.
• Proof of recent business contacts; Proof of continued business relation between the 2 companies (e.g. contracts, invoices), if relevant.
• Participants in commercial fair, congress, cultural or sports events: A personalized letter containing the relevant personal data of the invited person and his/her function and the name, contact details and position of the counter signing person as well as the length and purpose of the visit or activity.
• Study, research or other types of internship:
  a. Certificate of admission or registration at an educational establishment for the purpose of attending academic or vocational courses, or
  b. Cover letter from the inviting company.
• (If applicable): Proof of Sponsorship ID-number of Digital Sponsorship Declaration (EVE, elektronische Verpflichtungserklärung) or General Sponsorship Declaration Letter (GVE, Generalverpflichtungserklärung). Necessary if the applicants financial means are not sufficient or the Embassy assesses the necessity during visa process.

For Incentive Trips:

1. Guarantee Letter of the Company
2. Bank Certificate and statement
3. ITR, Business Permit, SEC

Note:

• PERSONAL APPEARANCE NEEDED
• Processing Time: 30-55 days (Please expect that there might be delays in processing of visa due to 2 years close operations of visa processing of several agencies.)
• Additional documents are Embassy’s discretion
• All rates, fees, requirements and processing are subject to change without prior notice.
• Courier fee for sending travel documents to/from our office in Taguig City is at guest account.
• Applicant is responsible in obtaining the complete requirements including the filling-in of forms. Please make sure that your documents are complete for our checking and submission.
