Travbest Travel & Tours Co. is an accredited travel agency and tour operator by Department of Tourism and Tourism Promotion Board. We are offering assistance for visa application for Filipino tourists who wish to visit France for all-inclusive price of Php 11,000.00 per head (subject to change)
Swiss Visa for Filipinos
- Original old and new passports
- Photocopy of passports
- Schengen Visa Form
- Photos (35mm x 45mm, white background, both ears exposed, closed mouth, no eyeglasses,
w/ collared shirt/blouse). - Copy of roundtrip flight booking
- Hotel vouchers for the entire stay in Schengen area.
- Detailed day to day itinerary of planned activities
- Certificate of employment with monthly salary and leave of absence approved by employer (if
employed) - Copy of PRC license (if there’s any)
- Copy of travel authority for government employees.
- If self-employed (copy of business registration, SEC registration, financial statements)
- Copy of recent Income Tax Return
- Bank certificate under applicant’s name attached with copy of statements for 6 months
- Copy of credit card statements, land titles and other economic means.
- Travel Health Insurance covering the entire period of the person’s intended stay and valid for
all Schengen states. Minimum coverage should be EUR 30,000. - For foreign nationals, copy of Alien Certificate of registration(ACR) and re-entry permit
- NSO documents -NSO Birth Certificate, NSO Marriage Contract (if married)
- Additional documents for minors
-If the minor is not travelling with either parent, original and copy of DSWD travel clearance.
-Affidavit of support and consent executed by both parents
-School certificate if travelling during the while classes are ongoing
For Incentive Trips:
- Guarantee Letter of the Company
- Bank Certificate and statement
- ITR, Business Permit, SEC
Note:
- PERSONAL APPEARANCE NEEDED
- Processing Time: 15-25 days (Please expect that there might be delays in processing of visa due to 2 years close operations of visa processing of several agencies.)
- Additional documents are Embassy’s discretion
