India Visa Requirements

Travbest Travel & Tours Co. is an accredited travel agency and tour operator by Department of Tourism and Tourism Promotion Board. We are offering assistance for visa application for Filipino tourists who wish to visit India for all-inclusive price of Php 8,500.00 per head (subject to change).

Tourist Visa Documents Required:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the contemplated stay in India with photocopy.
2. Application Form- fill out the application form trutfully and put N/A if not applicable.
3. Two recent colour photographs (size: 2 x 2 inches) showing full frontal view of face against a white background to be pasted on the application form. Photograph should not be stapled.
4. Copy of the confirmed return ticket needs to be attached with the visa application at the time of the submission of the application. (Note : Stay in India on Tourist Visa is allowed for 90 days only, at a time).
5. Proof of financial standing- (recent bank statement, sponsorship letter, etc.)
6. Travel itinerary- Accommodation arrangements / hotel bookings.
7. Birth/Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
8. Copy of PRC License (if applicable)

For Minors additional Requirements:

• PSA Birth Certificate- to establish their relationship with the accompanying adult(s).
• Consent Letter- If a child travels with only one parent or a legal guardian, a consent letter from the non-accompanying parent or legal guardian may be necessary. The letter should provide permission for the child to travel to India.
• Guardian's Information- If the child is traveling with a legal guardian, provide relevant documents establishing legal guardianship.

BUSINESS VISA:

1. 2 Passport size photographs (size 2x2 inches)
2. Passport valid at least for 6 months beyond the intended date of return from India and also should have at least 2 blank pages;
3. Invitation letter from the relevant company India; or
4. Sponsorship letter from the company/firm being represented in the Philippines, duly attested by Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) of the Philippines or Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines;
5. Proof of financial standing and expertise in the field of intended business;
6. Copy of air ticket or tentative airline booking.

Note:

• Processing Time: 15-20 days (Please expect that there might be delays in processing of visa due to 2 years close operations of visa processing of several agencies.)
• Additional documents are Embassy’s discretion
• All rates, fees, requirements and processing are subject to change without prior notice and non-refundable.
• Courier fee for sending travel documents to/from our office in Taguig City is at guest account.

For applicants who can't submit complete requirements, and insist to proceed with the application, shall accept the risk of visa denial.
