The Malaysian Visa Requirements

Travbest Travel & Tours Co. is an accredited travel agency and tour operator by Department of Tourism and Tourism Promotion Board. We are offering assistance for visa application for foreign tourists residing in Manila who wish to visit Malaysia for all-inclusive price of PhP 2,500.00 (subject to change).

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

Visa With Reference (VDR)

Documents Required;

1. For Student (University/College/ETC)
1. Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
2. Valid Visa Approval Letter; and
3. Confirmed flight ticket.
2. For Dependent
1. Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
2. Valid Visa Approval Letter;
3. Principal passport and valid pass in Malaysia;
4. Translated birth certificate/Certificate family register; and
5. Confirmed flight ticket.
3. For Expatriate
1. Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
2. Valid Visa Approval Letter; and
3. Confirmed flight ticket.

Visa Without Reference (VTR)

Documents Required;

1. For Tourist

• Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
• Confirmed return ticket;
• Accommodation/Hotel booking; and
• Explanation letter (if applicable)

2. For Official /Business

• Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
• Invitation letter;
• Dispatch letter;
• Confirmed return ticket; and
• Accommodation/Hotel booking.

3. For MHTC

• Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
• Medical report/MHTC Approval Letter;
• Hospital letter; and
• Confirmed flight ticket.

4. For Student (Kindergarten/Primary/Secondary)

• Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
• Ministry of Education/State Education Department approval letter;
• School offer letter;
• Translated birth certificate/Certificate family register; and
• Confirmed flight ticket.

5. For Spouse/Dependent

• Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
• Invitation letter;
• Translated marriage certificate;
• Translated birth certificate/certificate family register;
• Spouse MyKad, passport;
• Confirmed flight ticket; and
• Accommodation/Hotel booking.

NOTE:

• PERSONAL APPEARANCE NEEDED.
• Please expect that there might be delays in processing of visa.
• The applicant is hereby informed that submitting the above-mentioned documents does not guarantee automatic issuance of a visa.
• All rates, fees, requirements and processing are subject to change without prior notice and non-refundable.
• Applicant is responsible in obtaining the complete requirements including the filling-in of forms. Please make sure that your documents are complete for our checking and submission.
• Courier fee for sending travel documents to/from our office in Taguig City is at guest account.
